Pastor Charles F. Russell was born on a dairy form in Roseland La. The family moved to Angleton TX where attended high school.
After high school, joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served for ten years. During the last year of service, he met and married Dalia Ann Lerures. After receiving an honorable discharge from the Marines, he attended East Carolina University earning a B.S. in Business and a masters in Business Education.
Ordained in 2003, Charles has been pastoring at Liberty House of Prayer doing the work of the Lord, with street ministry, hospital ministry, preaching and teaching on the street and under the trees of Louisiana. He comes well qualified to serve. Pastor Charles is a veteran of the Marine Corps and a veteran of the brush arbors, an olde tyme preacher with a timeless message.
