Pastor Vincent Falcone is the senior pastor and one of the founders of Liberty House of Prayer. Liberty House of Prayer was founded on a vision given to Pastor Vincent. The vision was a non-denominational church working in the five fold ministry which was to be one of high impact and low maintenance.
Pastor Falcone has a burden for the lost, especially the drug addicts and the broken hearted he has been an overcome of such bondage. Through this burden for the lost, Liberty's Mother Home was birthed by the church and the ministry team.
Pastor Falcone was ordained into the ministry in 2001 and is married to his lovely wife of 31 years, JoAnn, and they have three children.
Having been called to personal salvation in 1980, there still remained 24 years of work in the oil industry prior to a second call to a full time pastorate position in 2003, for pastor Mike Russell. Time in between was not idle and productive in personal evangelism, street witness, funding the poor, ministry into Mexico were all parts of Gods plan fro a well rounded, hands on education.
Experience with two by two biblical mandate in praying for the sick reinforced the Lord's compassionate heart for the plight of people and has demonstrated that the "living word" is in fact the "living word".
With great excitement, Pastor Mike's expectation of the last great revival and God's self-glorification is very soon to become reality.

JoAnn Falcone is part of the ministry team at Libery House of Prayer. She oversees the children's ministry and is the director of Liberty Mother's Home. JoAnn has a burden for families in crisis, especially women and children since she was at one time a woman in crisis with two children. She works to help others rebuild their lives according to God's Holy word, the Bible. JoAnn has taught in our areas ppublic schools for 27 years. She has been the leader of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at West Side Middle School for nine years. She is laso the teacher representative for the Face St. Ministries. JoAnn is marrried to Senior Pastor Vincent Falcone, Jr. They have been married for 31 years and have three children: Vincent III who is 26, Nikki who is 24, and Joshua who is 9 years old.
Pastor Charles F. Russell was born on a dairy form in Roseland La. The family moved to Angleton TX where attended high school. After high school, joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served for ten years. During the last year of service, he met and married Dalia Ann Lerures. After receiving an honorable discharge from the Marines, he attended East Carolina University earning a B.S. in Business and a masters in Business Education. Ordained in 2003, Charles has been pastoring at Liberty House of Prayer doing the work of the Lord, with street ministry, hospital ministry, preaching and teaching on the street and under the trees of Louisiana. He comes well qualified to serve. Pastor Charles is a veteran of the Marine Corps and a veteran of the brush arbors, an olde tyme preacher with a timeless message.
